Fran Baxter and Marcela Lapertosa are pioneers in global education, each bringing a unique strength to Value Learning.
Fran is an expert in international education, known for creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that make cultural understanding practical and relevant. Marcela, a cross-cultural psychologist, brings the scientific foundation behind how people think, adapt, and connect across cultures. Together, they combine real-world experience and research-driven strategies to help people communicate better, work across cultures, and build meaningful connections in an interconnected world.
